Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and has earned designations with the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ARA). He is past District I Vice President of ASFMRA and is Past President of its Northeast Chapter. Don has served in several officer positions for the Appraisal Institute and ASFMRA local chapters as well as national committees and is the current secretary of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. These include six years as Chair of ASFMRA's National Appraisal Review Committee and is current Chair of its Editorial Committee. Don was also Chair of Publications Commission of Valuation 2000, a valuation conference co-hosted by the three principal professional appraisal organizations. Don also served on The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council. He has taught several appraisal courses and seminars for a variety of organizations, including Cornell University's newly formed Graduate Real Estate Studies program and NYS Assessors Association. Don is a New York State Certified General Appraiser (#46-0060), a NYS Real Estate Appraisal Instructor, and a Consultant Appraiser for the NYS Department of Transportation. Experience includes appraising a wide variety of property for public, institutional and private clients. Don has testified before Federal Courts, New York State's Supreme Court and Court of Claims, and Commissions. |

Erik is a graduate of Clark University, Worcester, MA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and has earned a designation with the Appraisal Institute (MAI). He is past chairman of the Appraisal Institute-Upstate Chapter, Syracuse Branch. He joined Pomeroy full time in the spring of 1989 and was appointed Vice President in 1994. He is a licensed New York State Certified General Appraiser (#46-4452), Michigan State Certified Appraiser (#1201072638), a Consultant Appraiser for the New York State Department of Transportation, and has held temporary licenses in the states of Indiana and Pennsylvania. Erik has served as The Syracuse Branch Chairman and Associate Guidance Committee for The Appraisal Institute for 2002 and 2003, and has also served as a Board of Director for four years. Areas of specialization include, environmentally contaminated properties, hotels, apartments, shopping centers, hydroelectric facilities, fuel tank farms (oil terminals), steel mills, co-generation plants, gas wells, retrospective valuations, and others. |

He is Past President of the local Appraisal Institute Chapter and has served, as a member or chairman, on several national Appraisal Institute committees, including five years on the Board of Governors (National Board of Directors). A Certified Faculty Member, Dick has taught courses, on behalf of the Appraisal Institute, at various universities throughout the country. He is also Past President of: Chapter 18 International Right-of-Way-Association, Chapter 148 Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the Rome, NY Board of Realtors. New York State Licenses/Certifications held include: Certified General Appraiser (#46-4433), Real Estate Brokers License, as well as being a Consultant Appraiser for the New York State Department of Transportation. Career responsibilities span a range of public, institutional and private assignments, including testifying before Federal Courts, New York State's Supreme Court and Court of Claims, Surrogate Courts and Commissions. |

Dick Kelley joined the Pomeroy family in 1957 and has been with the company ever since. Starting in commercial-industrial sales and leasing, progressing through various corporate responsibilities, he now serves as Senior Counselor, a full-time position that permits his focus to be entirely on appraisal assignments. He is also an expert in USPAP compliance and serves as a Regional Advisor to the NYS Department of State, reviewing complaints filed against licensed and certified appraisers. A 1954 accounting graduate of LeMoyne College, Kelley was appointed by the Governor as a Charter Member of the New York State Board of Real Estate Appraisal in 1990. A long time member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and American Society of Real Estate Counselors (CRE), Kelley has held many National, State and Local offices in professional societies and has frequently taught appraisal courses as a Certified Faculty Member of the Appraisal Institute and at other educational associations. Kelley has testified before Federal District and Tax Courts, New York State Supreme Courts, the New York State Court of Claims, Surrogate Courts, and various judicial bodies including Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and North Carolina tax tribunals, in many instances involving benchmark decisions or settlements. |

Rick Coughlin graduated from St. John Fisher College, Rochester, N.Y. with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies (1983). He joined Pomeroy Appraisal Associates in the summer of 2003 and is currently employed in the position of Staff Appraiser. Prior to joining Pomeroy, Rick was employed by the Peatfield Company, Ltd. (11 years), where he was extensively trained in a diversity of real estate valuation assignments including commercial, retail, industrial and land among others. Prior to that, Rick was employed in commercial brokerage and auctioning at Pyramid Brokerage Company (Dewitt). Rick began his career in commercial real estate management with Eagan Real Estate of Syracuse (1985). He is the former manager of a regional shopping mall in upstate New York (Fingerlakes Mall) and has experience in corporate real estate (Fay Drugs of Liverpool). He is currently licensed as a New York State Certified General Appraiser (#46-24288) and advanced candidate for the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. Rick serves his community as a designated member of the Town of Dewitt Board of Assessment review. Rick also is a consultant appraiser for the New York State Department of Transportation. |

Rick is a graduate of St. John Fisher College In Rochester, N.Y. and earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration. He began as a research analyst at Pomeroy and has received his New York State certification as a general appraiser (#46-46483). His experience includes market value assignments, conservation easement valuations, agricultural and wetland valuations, Indian land claims, etc. His commercial experience includes multi-family, industrial and commercial properties for financing, buy/sell, assessment review, rail corridors, gravel mines, and eminent domain projects. Prior to working at Pomeroy, he was a Property Manager for the Widewaters Group and a Project Manager for HSBC. |

Larry is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics. Larry joined Pomeroy Appraisal in November 2005. Prior to joining Pomeroy, Larry was a commercial real estate agent in Syracuse with Longley-Jones Associates and CB Richard Ellis for twenty years. While at Longley-Jones and CBRE, Larry was involved in sales and leasing of various commercial (industrial, office, retail, warehouse, land) properties in and around Central New York. Larry also completed many property inspection reports and market value reports for banks, lending institutions, attorneys, accountants and property owners. Prior to joining Longley-Jones in 1985, Larry was employed by the Hartford Insurance Company for three years working in various marketing and underwriting positions. |

Joe joined the Pomeroy family in the summer of 2002 as a research analyst. He assists in the gathering and processing of data used in the appraisal reports. His primary area of research includes commercial, industrial, agricultural, recreational and forest land as well as improved properties. Joe attended LeMoyne College and has recently attained his New York State Appraiser Assistant License (#48-48216). Before joining Pomeroy, Joe was a production supervisor for 31 years at a local printing plant. |

Brian is a graduate of Allegheny College with a degree in economics, and of Syracuse University with a Masters in Business Administration. He joined Pomeroy in June of 1993 as a research analyst. He worked full time with Pomeroy until 1997 when he decided to answer his calling to teach children. He now works with us during July and August and on an occasional school holiday. His primary area of expertise is researching and analyzing data for rural, agricultural, and recreational properties and conservation easements. |
